- Warranty Policy
Currently, we offer warranty services only for our Drawer Divider Boxes. All other products (including Washable Lint Roller, Silicone Sealing Clips, Magnetic Bottle Opener, Wall-mounted Key Rack, Over-the-Door Hanging Organizer, Scented Candles, Glass Bud Vases, Mini Portable Scissors, Travel Bottles) do not come with a warranty but are eligible for returns or exchanges within 7 days of receipt (see Section 2 for details).
Drawer Divider Box Warranty Details:

Warranty Period: 3 months (90 days) from the date you receive the product.

Warranty Coverage: Covers only quality issues inherent to the product itself (such as material cracks, structural damage, or malfunction not caused by human actions). Damages caused by improper use, disassembly, force majeure, or human error are not covered.

Warranty Process: If your Drawer Divider Box encounters issues within the warranty scope during the warranty period, please contact our customer service promptly via email at service@mail.ken-mij.com. Provide your order number, product photos, and a description of the issue. Our team will assist you with the after-sales process during working hours.
- Return and Exchange Policy
All products, except Drawer Divider Boxes, are eligible for return or exchange within 7 days of receiving them (based on the signed delivery date). For detailed return and exchange procedures, please refer to our "Detailed Return and Exchange Policy" (available through our official customer service channels).
Basic Return and Exchange Requirements: Products must be in brand-new, unused condition, with intact packaging and complete accessories, ensuring they remain resaleable. Items that are used, have damaged packaging, or missing accessories will not qualify for return or exchange.
