Ken-mij Product Return and Exchange Policy (For Customers)

Welcome to purchase Ken-mij boutique products, which include a range of lifestyle items, creative storage solutions, home decor, and portable use categories. To protect your legal rights, we present our official return and exchange policy for customers within the United States. Please read it carefully.

I. Basic Information

• Order Details: Orders can be edited/changed within 12 hours after placement; stocked orders ship within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays), with actual delivery time being 5-7 business days.

• All return and exchange requests must be submitted via the email above to obtain written approval before proceeding; unapproved cancellation or return requests will be rejected, and unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Related fees will be borne by you.

II. Rules for Various Return and Exchange Scenarios

(1) Handling of Product Defects/Minor Stains

Please inspect the products within 14 days of receiving them. If minor defects or stains are found, contact our customer service promptly for a resolution. Exceeding the 14-day inspection period implies the issue arose during your use, and no further after-sales support will be provided.

(2) Order Cancellation Rules (Before Receipt)

1. Cancellation before shipping label creation: Full refund with no fees.

2. Cancellation after shipping label creation but before dispatch: A 10% fee of the product's original price will be charged, with the remaining amount refunded.

3. Cancellation after dispatch: The package cannot be held back. You may refuse delivery upon arrival or accept it and then contact us for a return shipping label. Upon return and verification, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted, and the remaining amount refunded.

(3) Order Cancellation Rules (After Receipt)

1. Unopened package (within 14 calendar days of receipt): Contact customer service with photos or video evidence of the unopened package. After approval, arrange for the package to be returned through a delivery company and bear the return shipping cost. Upon verification, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted, and the remaining amount refunded.

2. Non-quality-related returns after use (within 30 calendar days): For returns not due to quality issues, such as dislike, wrong size, etc., contact customer service with photos or videos showing the product in its original packaging. After obtaining return authorization, arrange for the complete package to be returned through a delivery company and bear the return shipping cost. Upon verification, a 25% restocking fee will be deducted, and the remaining amount refunded. Returns are not accepted after 30 calendar days.

(4) Non-returnable Products

The following products are non-returnable (extreme special cases require prior customer service approval):

• Special custom orders

• Used products or products with obvious usage marks

• Discounted items

III. Refund Information

For orders eligible for a refund, the refund will be processed within 7 business days after the package is returned and verified. In case of any refund delay, please contact customer service via email with the necessary proof for verification.

IV. Important Reminder

If you need to return a product, do not directly refuse FedEx/UPS packages. Please sign for the package first, then request a return shipping label via the customer service email and follow the instructions for returning the item.
